Press Release

Commencement of Full-Scale Deployment of the Integrated Telemedicine Support Solution "Join Mobile Clinic" - Connecting Portable Medical Devices with Join to Create a Mobile Clinic -

Allm Inc. (Headquarters in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and Co-CEO: Teppei Sakano), a subsidiary of DeNA Co., Ltd., is commencing the full-scale deployment of the telemedicine support solution "Join Mobile Clinic" (hereinafter referred to as "JMC").
JMC can swiftly establish medical infrastructure in environments where medical access is not easily available, such as remote islands, mining sites, and ships, or in the event of unprecedented situations such as large-scale natural disasters, emerging infectious diseases, and human-induced disasters like conflicts and wars.

Telemedicine Support Solution
JMC is a telemedicine support package that includes various lightweight portable medical devices, the medical record system "JoinNotepad," which works in conjunction with these medical devices, and the communication app for healthcare professionals "Join," installed on a smartphone. By establishing a collaborative network between doctors, it enables the deployment of virtual clinics through telemedicine. JMC can be easily transported in a dedicated suitcase, truly making it a "mobile clinic."

To enable the provision of higher quality medical care in regions suffering from shortages of healthcare professionals and medical devices both domestically and internationally, future utilization is envisioned in remote and isolated areas within Japan where there are very few physicians.

In the future, Allm Inc. will expand its telemedicine support services by linking Join with various medical devices. By promoting digital transformation (DX) in healthcare, we aim to create a society where everyone can receive medical care equally.

About Join
Join is an application developed and provided by Allm Inc. that enables healthcare professionals to communicate in a highly secure environment. With its standard-equipped DICOM viewer, medical images can be viewed and shared in chats, making Join an effective consultation tool for doctors who are out of the hospital during nights and holidays. It is also used for inter-hospital collaboration and information sharing when transferring emergency patients. Join is the first program medical device to be covered by insurance in Japan and has obtained medical device certifications in Japan, the United States (FDA), Europe (CE), Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and other countries.
