Social Media Policy

Allm Group Social Media Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs how Allm Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as “Allm”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operate our official social media accounts, as well as how our employees (including directors, full-time employees, dispatched employees, part-timers and contractors) use social media.

Purpose

We aim to promote corporate transparency and credibility by publishing appropriate information through social media, thereby maintaining good relationships with stakeholders such as our customers and partner companies as well as other members of the society, and enhancing our brand value.

Our Mindset

We and our employees understand that social media is a forum for communication based on personal connections and that information that is widely disclosed to the public and once transmitted cannot be completely retracted or cancelled. With such understanding in mind, we and our employees will participate in the communication on social media with decency and restraint.

  1. Our employees will comply not only with laws and regulations, but also with internal regulations, such as our Work Rules, which constitute the code of conduct for our employees, as well as this Policy.
  2. We will actively provide information to our customers, business partners, and other members of the society as a whole, in order to make our business more understandable and approachable.
  3. We will carefully examine the content of information we publish as well as how we convey such information, and we will be mindful to not disclose incorrect information or mislead the public. We will promptly offer apologies and correct any incorrect information or misleading expressions, if any.
  4. Our employees will communicate in a conscientious manner, revealing, without misrepresenting, their affiliations and positions.
  5. We will respect the terms of use or services as well as the culture and etiquette of social media set up and operated by third parties, and we will make-good faith efforts to not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation or any other rights or interests of third parties.
