Global Stroke Alliance is a joint initiative to assess and discuss the best evidence for the implementation of stroke programs at all levels.
The first edition was held in March 2020, the city of Rio de Janeiro, and the second edition was held in August 2022, in the city of São Paulo. Global Stroke Alliance 2022 was developed with a comprehensive and multidisciplinary program, geared towards longitudinal stroke care: Promotion, Primary Prevention, Acute Care, Subacute Care, Secondary Prevention and Rehabilitation, approaching interfaces of Care, Research and Public Policies, discussed the historic challenges and the advances since the first edition of the event.
This time, more than 1,000 medical professionals from 26 countries, including 7 ministers of Health, joined the event, and 10 companied were represented with their own booths.
Allm S.A. was represented with a lounge at the event, displayed Join and JoinTriage, as well as Phelcom’s Eyer and Cyberdyne’s HAL. We provide solutions which cover a whole journey of stroke patients: early detection, treatment, and rehabilitation.
The event was a success and provided an opportunity to deepen exchanges with medical professionals from various countries, especially from South America.
